Xeres Inc. brand products carries 10 day conditional money back guarantee from the date of delivery.
10 Day conditional money back guarantee must be given a Return Merchandise Authorization Number within 10 days of receiving the product(s). Item(s) MUST be shipped back in original Packaging and to include all items stated in invoice. If Customer fails to include all item(s) in invoice Xeres Inc. will withhold the price of the Item(s) from the Refund Price. Shipping and Handling Charges are not refundable (if applicable). Customer pays for return shipping.
